Patrick B. Tobin is a partner in Jackson Walker's Business Transactions section and a member of the firm's Energy Practice Group. His practice consists primarily of representing corporations, private equity groups, and individuals in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including mergers, acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and other general business and energy law matters.

Mr. Tobin is a graduate of The University of Texas (B.B.A., 1978) and St. Mary's University (J.D., with distinction, 1981).
