Mr. Roth is a partner in Jackson Walker's Business Transaction section and a member of the firm's Energy Practice Group. His primary areas of practice include securities and corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including tender and exchange offers. He has been involved in numerous financing transactions through the representation of issuers and national underwriting firms in public and private debt and equity offerings.

Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of Tulsa (B.S.B.A., 1982 and J.D., 1985) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., 1986).
