J. Douglas Rollow III is a partner in the Business & Finance Department and a member of the Energy and Project Finance Group, Public Finance Group, Securities Group, Securitization Group, and Transactional Finance Group. He is experienced in corporate securities regulation, registered public offerings of securities, project and energy financing, and various forms of municipal financing, principally duties and functions of underwriters of municipal revenue and conduit bonds. Mr. Rollow is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association. He has been a participant in panels sponsored by the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Law Institute - American Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, and Northwest Center for Professional Education. Mr. Rollow is a past chairman of the National Association of Bond Lawyer’s Washington Workshop and of its Board Attorney’s Workshop. He is a member of the American College of Bond Counsel.

Mr. Rollow is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (A.B. 1968) and the University of Virginia Law School (J.D. 1973).
