Mr. Paisley is a partner in Jackson Walker's Business Transactions section and a member of the firm's Energy Practice Group. His primary areas of practice include corporate finance and business law. He has extensive experience representing clients' project financings, mergers and acquisitions, sales and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, technology transfers and licensing and entity formations.

Mr. Paisley represents both U.S. and foreign financial institutions, including banks and lending companies, in a variety of lending transactions and regulatory matters, such as commercial real estate and construction loans, project financing, equipment leasing, international trade finance, Euro?currency and foreign currency loans, syndicated loan transactions, corporate and municipal financings, loan workouts, and debt restructuring.

Mr. Paisley is a graduate of Southwestern University (B.A., 1970), The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1973), and Columbia University Law School (LL.M., with honors, 1976).
