Robert B. Neblett III214/236-2020 Telephone Robert Neblett is a partner in the Litigation section and the Energy Practice Group of Jackson Walker. Formerly with Small, Craig & Werkenthin, Mr. Neblett joined Jackson Walker in January 1999 when the two firms combined. He has more than twenty years of experience in general civil litigation and appeals. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience. His primary areas of interest include general business litigation, condemnation, class action litigation, financial institutions, employment, and construction litigation. Mr. Neblett has lectured and authored on a wide variety of topics in the commercial litigation area, including issues relating to eminent domain and the electrical transmission and petroleum pipeline industries. Mr. Neblett is a graduate of Tulane University (B.A., 1975; J.D., 1978).
