Mr. McEachern is a partner in Jackson Walker's Business Transactions section and a member of the firm's Energy Practice Group. He has extensive experience in general corporate, energy, and commercial lending transactions, private and public securities offerings, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financing, and acquisition financing. Mr. McEachern represents several foreign interests doing business in the U.S.

Mr. McEachern is a graduate of Millsaps College (B.S., 1969), Columbia University (M.S., Engineering, 1971 and M.B.A., 1971), and The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1976)
