Darin Lowder is an associate of the firm’s Washington, DC office. He works on matters involving energy, project finance, and real estate issues.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr in 2006, Mr. Lowder held positions as an economist and a strategic marketing director at a publicly-owned home builder as well as a non-profit educational organization.
Mr. Lowder has authored several articles on housing and environmental issues. Among his articles are the following:
