Mr. Geib is a partner in McMillan's Hydrocarbon & Electricity Marketing, Upstream and Midstream Energy Services and Oil & Gas Transaction Services practice areas.   He worked in-house for a period with Novagas Clearinghouse Ltd., where he developed extensive experience in all aspects of the energy commodity marketing and oil and gas midstream asset business through structuring numerous long-term and short-term physical sales of natural gas and natural gas liquids, negotiating various end user gas-applied contracts with a variety of end users, including cogeneration facilities, local distribution companies and commercial end users, and negotiating and structuring numerous transactions related to the establishment of natural gas and natural gas liquids midstream gathering, processing and transportation facilities.   Mr. Geib lectures in the Faculty of Management on contract law and property law at the University of Calgary.

Mr. Geib is a graduate of the University of Victoria Faculty of Law (1988).
