Craig R. Enochs is an partner in the Business Transactions section and a member of the Energy Practice Group of Jackson Walker. His practice focuses on energy trading and marketing law including natural gas, electricity and financial trading agreements, as well as the requisite regulatory requirements and ancillary contracts for these transactions in both the United States and Canada. He also assists retail gas and electric providers with their contractual and regulatory needs. Mr. Enochs has drafted and negotiated physical and financial wholesale and retail commodity purchase and sales agreements, including those for gas, power, weather and emissions. He has also advised clients in various structured origination transactions.

Mr. Enochs is a graduate of The University of Houston (B.A., cum laude, 1994) and The University of California (J.D., 1997).
