Mr. Egan is a partner in Jackson Walker's Transactions section. His practice focuses on corporate, partnership, securities, and financing matters. His experience includes numerous public and private offerings of equity and debt securities of corporations and partnerships, representing both issuers and underwriters. Mr. Egan has handled a variety of mergers and other reorganization transactions involving corporations and partnerships with publicly traded securities, as well as the implementation of measures to deter hostile takeover attempts.

Mr. Egan's corporate finance practice includes representing borrowers, banks, underwriters, and other parties in a wide spectrum of structured financing transactions, both in the U.S. and internationally.

Mr. Egan is a graduate of The University of Texas (B.A., 1965) and The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1968).
