Frederic W. Clark is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Energy and Project Finance Group and the Workouts and Failed Transactions Group. His practice includes, in addition to a broad range of engagements involving real estate acquisition, development, and finance generally, representation of a number of public utility companies in connection with divestiture of generating assets and development and construction of new generating facilities. Mr. Clark’s practice also involves counseling and advice regarding Pennsylvania’s realty transfer tax and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Mr. Clark is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association and is active in the Real Estate Finance Subcommittees of the Real Property sections of the Philadelphia and American Bar Associations, having served on panels and contributing articles to publications.

Mr. Clark is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A., 1961) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.B., 1968).
