Barbara Bagnasacco is a partner in the Business & Finance Department and a member of the International Group, Life Sciences/Technology Group, Energy and Project Finance Group, Mergers and Acquisitions Group, Securities Group, Technology and Emerging Companies Group and the Franchise and Distribution Group.

Ms. Bagnasacco’s practice concentrates on international and domestic business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, including European business transactions. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she practiced law with an Italian law firm. Ms. Bagnasacco is fluent in English, her native Italian, and French.

Ms. Bagnasacco is a member of the American Bar Association and the Utah State Bar Association, and is a licensed attorney in Italy. She is a past member of the Ethics Advisory Opinion Committee of the Utah State Bar, and is a past president of the Utah State Bar International Law Section.

Ms. Bagnasacco is a graduate of the University of Turin College of Law (B.S., highest honors, 1995), Institute of European Studies/International Labor Organization, (Post Graduate Certificate, International Trade Law, 1996), and University of Utah College of Law (J.D. 1998).
